How to delete my account
Deleting the account will result in your mobile number, email address, and profile name being deleted from the platform and makes all other attributes related to your Frenzy Entertainment (Opc) Private Limited (Catchme Tv ) up entertainment account anonymous so it is no longer associated with your Email-Id

​Note: Account deletion is a permanent action. If you have an active subscription and you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to use your subscription to watch the content on Star light picture.

Log in to your (Catchme Tv )

Go To ‘My Space’ (bottom right/down of the screen)

Scroll down and select ‘Delete Account’

Click on ‘Proceed to Delete Account’

Login again with your Email-Id

Scroll down, tap and check the box to agree to all conditions

‘Proceed to Delete Account’ button will be activated. Click on this to submit the account deletion.

Your account deletion will be completed in maximum 30 -90 days​

Things to note before deleting your account:

Your subscription won’t be cancelled if you pay for Frenzy Entertainment (Opc) Private Limited (Catchme Tv )  through Apple In-App purchase or via our local partners. Please cancel your subscription outside the Frenzy Entertainment (Opc) Private Limited (Catchme Tv ) platform with the respective parties and then delete your account.

Account deletion will take maximum 30 -90days.

Once the account is deleted, you will not be able to recover it.
